The mission of the UW Alumni Club of Rockford is to:

• cooperate with WAA in promoting the best interests of the university.
• encourage qualified young people to attend UW-Madison.
• support local students attending the UW.
• provide UW-Madison alumni, parents, and students in the area with a local connection to the university.
• foster fellowship and cooperation among alumni and friends of the UW.
• serve as a tool for networking in the local job market.
• socialize in the famous Badger tradition!
• assist and support UW student and alumni organizations.
• maintain awareness of legislative developments affecting the university.

Membership

The Wisconsin Alumni Association (WAA) keeps the master list of UW-Madison alumni. The Rockford Alumni Club is able to download the names and contact information for those members whose addresses are within our club boundaries. Login to the WAA website to check or edit your personal information.

WAA membership is not equivalent to Club membership. The WAA membership is offered by the WAA, and the membership services are listed on their website. The Rockford Alumni Club is associated with the WAA, but membership for each group is exclusive. The Rockford Alumni Club membership includes the services listed on this website.

By donating $10 per year you can be an active member of the Alumni Club of Northern Illinois (Rockford area). The dues are used to support sustaining activities like the newsletter (printing and mailing), and we use the paid membership list to help us to focus on and better serve those who want to be more involved.
